Buyer Acknowledgement
“Buyer acknowledges and agrees that he/she is purchasing paraphernalia and other goods (collectively “Goods”) that bears Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. (“Sorority”) logos, designs, copyrights and trademarks for a member of the Sorority. Buyer understands and agrees that a non-member is not supposed to purchase, own or possess such items except I may purchase such items for the benefit of an active member, and as a condition to being allowed to purchase such Goods, he/she agrees that Sorority retains all rights and ownership in the underlying Goods that bear Sorority logos, copyrights and trademarks. Thus, such Goods may not be resold by Buyer directly or indirectly; on-line via a third-party (including but not limited to ebay.com, amazon.com, etsy.com, pinterest, etc…) or by any other means. Any attempt to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Buyer’s right to possess the Goods; the immediate vesting of the Sorority right to possess the Goods; and acknowledgement to third party(ies) that the Sorority has the immediate right to remove such items bearing the Sorority Marks and the subsequent surrender of the Goods to the Sorority.”
Shipping Policy
Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or canceled. Processing for all orders will take at least 3-7 business days. (excluding Friday, Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). This means your order may ship on the 10th business day. While most orders ship sooner, there are some items that take a little longer to ship. Selecting Priority mail express does not guarantee your item(s) with ship sooner, rather it will ship priority mail express and you will receive it 1-2 days after we ship the item(s). Please note if we are vending for an event this will delay your ship date. All orders will ship in the order in which they were placed.

RETURN POLICY
PASSIONATE PEBBLES' will gladly offer a store credit for the return of any regularly priced merchandise within 14
days after receipt of the item(s). All sale item(s) and conference sales are final. We welcome you to return
your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit has been issued. The shipping fee is non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit.
Therefore, your store credit will be issued for the cost of the merchandise
only.
PASSIONATE PEBBLES' has the right to deny the return of any item(s) that
appear worn, washed, or damaged. Items must be free of makeup, stains,
deodorant, and perfumes.
All sale item(s) and conference sales are final.
